Will this work with TBI?
I got an LG4 with an Energizer chs278h cam and 601 heads that I saved from another Firebird I used to have. I've already been asking about this setup on the tech/general engine board and I guess it sounds like a bad combo and probably won't work with TBI. I don't know enough about cams and heads to agree or disagree. But I do know when I had this engine in the my old car I liked the performance. It had plenty power for me. If it worked well with a carb why wouldn't it work well with TBI? I figure I am going to need a custom chip, a TBI off of a bigger engine, and a better fuel pump. So can I get this engine to work with my TBI? Thanks

Anybody? no? I guess I'll just put a carburetor back on it then.

Yes it will work with a proper tune(eprom).

I would not go to a larger TB at this point. Hold off tilll the tune is optimized.
