Ok I was looking to drill out the cap last night and I am not sure there is one to drill out, just a tack weld there. I am confused cam someone post a picture of what to drill out I will post a pic later today.

The tack weld you're describing is what you need to drill out. Once that's done, you'll be able to further modify the regulator to make it adjustable. If you haven't already, be sure to disassemble the regulator completely before drilling it out.
Also, you might want to mark the position of the tab along the slot as a reference for a starting point.

All done, Just milled out the tack weld and slotted the screw. I am using the gasket that was on there for now but definatly need a new one. No leaks!!
Now I think me and my buddy will tune this AFPR at the drag strip on friday.
My best time last week was a 10.1 @70mph (1/8 mile) with a reaction time of .581. I spin all the way through first gear with my 215s on the back...

I definatly have a high 9 second car. Will let you guys know how it goes.
