TBI to carb manifold adaptor?
TBI to carb manifold adaptor?
I've seen some variations on the adaptors which allow you to bolt a TBI to a carbed intake...
Namely, what's the difference between the "front-mount" "rear-mount" and "center mount" adaptors?? They position the TBI in one of three different places, but what's the advantage/disadvantage to each??
Thanks in advance.

Re: TBI to carb manifold adaptor?
I am aware some of the adapter plates move the TBI unit. I believe due to the butterfly "possibly" when at an angle diverting the spray to the rear of TBI unit. Like a baffle so to speak. I bought one from Howell since it was the thinnest I could locate as I needed hood clearance.

You also need to consider throttle & TV cable in the placement of the throttle body unit.
