Mass Air Flow Sensor maybe. Does it still hesitate when its fully warm? What about when your driving it?

Not trying to be a jerk, but ...
This is the TBI board - TBI = Throttle Body Injection
You said yours is a Tuned Port Injection, which = TPI
You'll get more and better responses on the TPI board.
