The correct fuel pump?

Per some advise I received on here I decided to take my Walbro 255 lph back and get a Walbro 190 lph. I bought it at Summit Racing and they only had one 190 and it was for a Mustang. The guy said it would work w/ an LO3, but I wanted to make sure. Please check out the link and let me know that this is compatable.

I am running a 255lph Holley ( same pump different stickers ) in my 88' bird. I have a mostly stock motor that runs better than it did with the 21yr old pump. I have been told also that it will or would cause a problem. So far i have had it in for the last 6 months w/out any problems. I know for the most part the FPR will keep the pressure where it should be, even w/ the higher flowing pump. I don't know if the mustang pump is interchangable though.

Yeah, I really didn't know what to make of that either. I had a handfull of guys tell me that it would work fine and some tell me that it would cause problems. I just figured I'd go the safe route w/ the 190lph.

I'm pretty sure this Mustang pump will work w/ the Camaro. Same size & shape as the 255. It just hacks me off I'm gonna have a Mustang part in my Camaro : (

I am running a Walbro 190LPH pump from a fox body in my truck right now with great results. Plus when I can finally afford the rest of my HSR parts it will be fine for that too.

Well if you can run it in a truck I'm assuming you can put it in a Camaro too! It's good to hear you have good feedback on this part. I can't wait to get it put in! Thank you for the help!!
