TBI pinout ?

Swaping an 92 8746 ecm and harness into an 84'elky,and it is already a mutt. My question is pin c9 is call for crank sensor is this a temp 12volt input from the starter solonode or is there a reluctor type sensor involed.

It is a +12 volt input for when the starter is cranking the engine.
