305 tbi stalls in gear
1991 chevy
305 tbi
700r4 trans
the engine stalls as soon as u put it in gear doesnt matter if i give it gas or not the only way i can get it in gear is if i push it down the road and drop in in drive then if shifts fine as long as i dont drop below like 10 mph also goes in gear if i jack the back over the car up then put it in gear intill i push the brakes hard enough to stop the wheels from turning then stalls out i replaced the converter then it went in to gear without stalling ans drove fine for like 15 mins then stalled and couldnt get it to stay running in gear then changed the tcc lock up witch did nothing do u think i burnt up the new converter
