92 5.0 Diagnostic Flow Chart

I'm looking for the GM Diagnostic Flow Chart for the Electronic Fuel Injection system on a 92 RS with a 5.0 TBI.
After replacing Intake Manifold, Valve Cover gaskets and a tuneup, the vehicle shuts down fuel to the injectors after 5-10 minutes. It will restart most times but shut down again anywhere from 1-5 minutes later. Eventually it will not start at all until it cools down again.
When running, the motor purrs beautifully. I can drive it around the block with no problem, loss of power or codes thrown.
We have replaced the ECM, and checked all the wiring connections mutiple times. We tested the security system but it works fine and several other suggestions from this forum but none seem to apply or work.
Hope to use the chart to help us track down the wiring system to find hidden grounds or systems that trip the computer that are not obvious.

My guess that this has to do with the Vats system, its prolly all connected but there must be something making the ecm think the car is being stolen or something.

Already went down the VATS system road. Overoad it and the problem is still there. The car starts and runs but something is triggering the ECM to shut down the fuel.

You sure it is not a ignition control module problem? It controls injector pulse and spark. Pretty common for it to go out. And a lot of times the heat can make it stop working and then work again when it is cooler.
