HELP!! no power to fuelpump relay or to fuel pump

Hi, i have a 89 RS with the 305 TBI, the problem i am having is that there is no power going to my fuel pump relay or to the fuel pump....i have not changed the fuel pump yet...but i am wondering why there is no power goin to the relay?....also my service engine soon light used to come on but now it doesnt when i turn my key to the on position, my security light comes on and the goes out like normal but the service engine light does not anymore like it used to....i have replaced my ecu, fp relay, oil sending unit, checked all my fuse able links, and checked all the fuses, even the 20 amp one under the right headlight. If anyone can help i would be greatful....thanks

Double check the inline fuse under the hood. This provides power to the ECM and fuel pump relay. And is usually the cause of your issue. This is easy to check as it should have +12 V battery on it all of the time.

The other fuse is the ignition switched power to the ECM. This one is in the fuse block under the dash. Although I am not sure which one it is or how it is labeled.

At the ECM, pin B1 is the battery volts (under hood fuse).

Pin A6 is the ignition switched +12 volts.

RBob.
