My new 383 doesn´t start. I think, the afr is too rich. I am going with a 454 BBC TBI, 80´injectors @20 PSI and turbocity´s vacuum fuel pressure regulator (9-20 PSI). My ECM works with the EBL. I think, the BIN is correctly. I was starting with the BIN from the 89´caprice with L05-engine, then, i changed the BPC-cells in BPC-BPC VS VAC, BST-BPC VS BOOST, disabled the EGR, and multiplied the cells in AE-TPS PW and AE-MAP PW with the factor 0.763 (61´injectors divided by 80´injecors). Everything to get a simply baseline-bin.

What can i do ? Which injectors at how much pressure do you use on your 383 stroker ??

I would start with the VRfpr (BPC's all at 90) disabled (plug the TB line) to start for consistency.

Then knock the 400-500 rpm VE's in half all the way across.
See if she lights up.

 

Yes, we are talking about the 18´BIN. Ok guys, to go with 80´injetors @13 PSI was the right way. Engine runs great.

 

That's good news, the 90BPC I mentioned was for 20 psi.

I might have chosen smaller injectors to use with more pressure, but that's just me. You might yet find good use for the big injectors at high RPM.
