Not without some major custom chip tuning - are you prepared to do it yourself or know of someone that can do it for you?
There's little that can be done to the 305TBI engine that the chip can deal with - new intake, heads, cam is going to require custom chip tuning to even make it run. Been there, done that. It's kind of a wasted effort. For the money spent on the Pro-Jection unit alone, you could do a 350 swap - which will yield much better results.

msd street fire dist. dont need, dont waste money on it.
mild port job on the 416 with screw in studs and full roller rockers might not be a bad idea.
headers deffinately not a bad idea at all.
a small cam. maybe LT1. thier are 2 for sale as we speak in the for sale section.
3.42's will give you a ton of seat in the pants feel. that is the most id go on a street car with 26 inch tires.
Re: just bought a 92 TBI RS
i wont be using the stock computer, i have the whole projection system, my stock computer will probably just come all the way out, i am going to put a 350 in the car but not until the 305 gives up, the reason i listed most of those parts is because i have almost all of them
