Help with the Valve Covers

My question is simple my camaro 305 TBI engine has aftermarket valve covers (edelbrock) and i notice that on the passenger side valve theres the line that runs from the tbi to the valve cover, but has a lose tubing. When i turn the engine, the motor makes a weird noise (suction). when i put my finger on the tube hole the noise stops, what can i do to fix it? The pic shows the loose tubing. Also I notice the tbi has 3 lines on the unit, can someone tell me which goes to what. Thanks

Re: Help with the Valve Covers

Those are vacuum lines. There are diagrams on here somewhere, search "vacuum line diagram" and I think you'll find what you need.
