305 back from a carb? is it difficult
im looking at purchasing a rolling 91 bird that was changed to be a carb. what changes do I have to make to the wiring harness if any to make this happen? I will putting back a 92 tbi 305 engine. she also comes with a turbo 350 tranny which i will be taking out to put back the 700 r4

Be VERY CAREFUL when dealing with butcher-jobs like that car. There's no telling how much the previous owner screwed-up. You'll have to assume that EVERYTHING has been tampered with and may need extensive repairs to make it right.
If you're paying more than scrap value...it's probably overpriced.

Re: 305 back from a carb? is it difficult
It can be done with enough time and perseverance.
Photo does not reveal what happened to the majority of harness connectors, but the main harness bundle appears to be there. ESC module is still mounted. MAP sensor bracket is still there, but the sensor is missing. There are two funky relays that have been sliced into the harness. This will have to be reversed and patched up. Is ECM still where its supposed to be???
One are of concern is copper looking fuel line! In EFI system there are several lines that run between engine bay and fuel tank - supply (3/8"), return (5/16") and vapor return (3/16") from CCP mounted driver side radiator support - purge solenoid is ECM controlled. Fuel lines run on the driver frame rail and have a flex section between engine and frame rail. These are missing. PS pump is also missing.
I would look for a complete engine - trany combo and take every last bit including harness which is a royal PITA to remove. Some slicing will be involved. I have fixed ******* hill billy conversion of worst kind in the past. This is one is not that bad, and it will take time!!!!!
