You got slight problem - 82 F body, VIN 7 used an odd ball KS OE#1997463 which can be crossed to:

ACDelco# 218-88
AIRTEX 5S2162
CARQUEST 71-6530
WELLS SU155
STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS KS4
AutoZone SU155

Will it solve your code 43 - that remains to be seen since ECM relies on forced ping detection. Also ECM will set code 43 if voltage at KS either too high or too low.

I don't remember the exact details,but when I converted my car to crossfire injection,i had some problems with the ESC setting codes-ended up swapping the '82 style ESC module for a 1983 style ESC module,curing the problem.The '83 module works fine with the 1982 ECM.On an '83,the ESC module is underhood instead of underdash as on an '82
