fresh tune up,removed and cleaned throttle body,car has over 300 thou 29.85 mpg now low idle and stalls I run premium and fuel injector cleaner occasionally,only code is for evap...disconnected egr no change...checked for possible vacuum leak?

 

Connect a scan tool, see what the data stream says.

I'd pay particular attention to the Idle Air Control valve, but it could be any one--or combination--of two dozen things.
