Mine just came out of storage afger 3 years. I had the AIT disconnected and had opened that valve in the snorkel and just taped over the conenctions. The smog guy didnt let it pass.

Is IAT worth having other than for passing the smog?

 

Yeah, it can control fuel mixture and timing as well
