Tbi aftermarket fuel pump
I have a pretty much stock 1991 Camaro RS with a 5.0 only thing done to it as some ignition work and a full exhaust in the air pump for the cat removed I was wondering with the aftermarket fuel pumps that are 255 lph and 340 lph and you have a stock fuel pressure regulator and fuel injectors will it harm anything to upgrade to either of those pumps

Yes, either of those pumps will overflow the stock TBI system. You will not be able to control the excessive fuel flow resulting in the fuel pressure being too high.

I have had great luck using Delphi/AC Delco pumps meant for a 1993 4.3W CPI Astro van in TBI setups for years. They do not outflow the regulator and can easily run much higher fuel pressure if you build a decent engine to go under the TBI setup.
