TBI strut Tower bracket
Hey I dont know if this goes here or not, so I will post it here and in Apperance. I want to know if there is any one that makes a strut tower brace that is either Red or Chrome.

There was a guy that made a 4 point brace for carb but it was made from smaller gauge tubing and it went up to the radiator brace instead of the firewall. The best STB by far is the edelbrock piece. If you have the cash, just get it powder coated red. I'm sure if you call them up you can somehow special order it.

I have to agree that the Edelbrock TBI STB is a good value. I doubt Edelbrock will run a special color for you, but since red is another color they use it may be do-able. Otherwise, to powder paint the finished stock color STB a different color it will need to be stripped and properly cleaned. Another option is just spraying it yourself from an aerosol can. I modofied my 3-point Edelbrock STB to a 4-point and just sprayed the modified portion black this way. It turned out pretty good.

Kenny Brown Performance also makes a 3 point brace for TBI but like the others it only comes in black. I don't think you'll find a red one until Steve Spohn starts manufacturing them.
