if I start it and let it warm up without moving it, the temperature will keep going up. so I know it has nothing to do with the air dam. I will look in to the radiator and fans.

2. Do you have electric fans? Do they BOTH work? Do they BOTH spin fast--not like one or both have damaged motors or lack of proper electrical power?
3. Are you losing coolant? How often do you have to add? How much?
4. Can you see water flow in the radiator with the engine RUNNING and "overheating"? The water pump is actually pumping...right?
