Transmission: Auto
305 tbi overheating

just bought a 1990 formula and its overheating. I changed the thermostat. what else should I be looking at?

if I start it and let it warm up without moving it, the temperature will keep going up. so I know it has nothing to do with the air dam. I will look in to the radiator and fans.

one of the radiators should start when I turn the ac on, and the other when it gets to around 190 right?

1. How hot is "overheating"? How are you determining that temperature?
2. Do you have electric fans? Do they BOTH work? Do they BOTH spin fast--not like one or both have damaged motors or lack of proper electrical power?
3. Are you losing coolant? How often do you have to add? How much?
4. Can you see water flow in the radiator with the engine RUNNING and "overheating"? The water pump is actually pumping...right?
