191 Camaro RS throwing a code 53 which is over voltage and I think a pinpointed it at the fuel pump circuit please help how to fix it??? Ty in advance

I'd be looking at the alternator/regulator. What does a voltmeter across the output terminal and ground show? How about across the battery positive and negative?

In the end, follow the service manual procedure for diagnosis.

Code 53 is a VATs error. Code 54 is fuel pump relay error. There isn't an over-voltage error on the TBI f-bodys.
