On your Tri-Y headers what did you do on the passanger side... the little coolant sensor towards the back. The wire connector is right next to one of the header primaries and im sure it would burn though the wire in minutes.... what did you do to prevent this???? thanks matt if anyone else know it would be great

$28 for an adjustable fan temp on/off switch that's located on the radiator. Locate the pickup near the top of the radiator where the hose comes in, this is the hottest part of the coolant because it's coming from the engine and the air passing by that corner isn't of high velocity. It was either this or relocate some of the sensors into the intake manifold. There are 3 coolant sensors on our cars. One for the fan (the one you're talking about), one for the ecm (intake manifold) and one for the temp guage (drivers side head). You can locate them anywhere you want. Until I program/hack my ecm to control the fan on/off temp I'm just going to use my little $28 adjustable fan switch.
