I always read the posts of NJspeeder (and others) and hear about their cars running in the 13's...well I hope to join them. I want to do it on the engine without resorting to the juice. I am certainly open to any suggestions to a better selection of parts but this is what I am thinking about now:

LT1 cam (already on the way), used vette heads pocket ported, swaping out the valves/pushrods/springs for new ones, roller rockers, and all the assorted gaskets and parts to complete the install.

All my other mods are in my signature. I did just get some wide tires to help launching. I am spending about $600-$700 bucks on the new mods so if someone has a better combo please let me know.

 

I know even high 13's is wishful thinking...but you have to start somewhere
