Cam for carb and TPI?

I've got a carbed 305 presently. I may put TPI on it sometime in the next 6 months to a year. I'm wondering if there is a good cam that would work for both carbed and TPI so I don't have to buy a new cam and swap it in when I do the conversion. Thanks for any help.

ive used the edelbrock 2102 with both a carb and tbi injection with good results.

204 214 duration
420 442 lift
lsa 112

you mainly need a lsa of 112 or better, too low and the computer will go nuts.
