Which one is the fuel pump relay????

This is on a 91 LO3. I found the bracket holding the two relays (driver's side). Is it the inner one or the outer one????

It's the one with the large orange, large tan/white, smaller dark green/white, black/white, and red wires on it. On my car, it is the one farthest to the left (driver's side).
