When tuning my car this week I decided it was time for a different intake. IMO the intake I have on my car is a POS, Edelbrock performer RPM. I was thinking about either a Dart kool can, Weiand Team-G, or a Victor Jr. I'm curious to see what intakes everybody else has on their motors and if the're happy with them or not. Post what intake and your opnion about it..

 

How high are you twisting your motor ???? I ran a Victor JR. on a 360 with 10:1, comp solid cam 294/525, 1.6 rollers, 850 dp., Sportsman 200 heads w/202/160, msd billet dist, 6A box, blaster 2 coil, TH-350 w/4000 stall, 456 gears, 1 5/8 headers, shifting at 7500 RPM's and the car ran awesome. It would pull the front wheels a couple of inches off the ground when running slicks.
I would say go with a Victor if you are twisting it. You should have no problems rapping 7 grand.

 

How come you don't like the RPM one? That's the one I planned on getting. Interested in selling it?

 

I'd be willing to sell it, I bought it when i had a 9:1 355 in my car, and it worked good, but I dont think it will work well on a 12.5: 1 motor turning 7800 rpm's
