anyone with a 327....please help!

i have a pre 69 327 with no accessory holes in the heads. i can't find a passenger side alternator bracket for it anywhere........please help!

I'm not sure how the bracket would bolt up, so I'm going to transfer this over to the Tech/General Engine Board.

I'm confident it will get more responses there.

Also, you might try posting an ad in the classifieds as a wanted part.

I've got a 327, but found it easier to swap to newer heads than find brackets. Then I was able to use all the stock brackets and the motor looks like the factory 305.

This is strange ...I posted a reply yesterday, but it is not here...anyway, Make sure you have the long style waterpump, the bracket mounts to the pump....I got my bracket from a 70ish Caprice...I had no problem finding one at the JY...the power steering was the hard one for me...had to do some fabricating.
If nothing else March has a kit, real expensive, but looks pretty good.
Myself I would browse the JY...you can find what you need to make it work..
