My fan belt keeps coming off, PLZ HELP!

I just went thru 2 fan belts.. It goes to the crank to the water pump to the alternator.... I put a new one on, tighten the bastard right down perfect and it flips itself off... When it comes off, the belt is flips over... Could I have a warped pulley? Has this ever happened to anyone? Its happened twice today.... How do u fix a warped pulley? Thanks alot....

you need to check the alignment on the pulleys, sight across the fronts of the pulleys and make sure they are in line with each other. you should be able to see a bent or warped pulley by looking across the fronts on them when the engine is running.

like 86 redbird says check the alignment of the pulleys, another thing you might want to do is get a set of deep groove pulleys or if it happens at high RPMs you might want to get a reduction pully.
