yeah I know that, Ive been to the local ones, they have stacks of 3rd gens, and there stacked because they have been stripped down to pretty much just a shell. Thats why Im looking for a camaro one that would have more cars and more parts.

When you find a camaro with good parts , take the parts that you want then !!! Don't think "I'll come back later " B/c I did that and they had junked them ! (stacked em in a pile and waited for the crusher b/c the parts left were not very many , and I guess they wanted to make room for more cars . Seems like they have em , but people flock to those cars and pick the parts like vultures ! I guess Im one of em to , b/c I have gotten some good parts . I could kick myself in the a$$ for not getting the thicker sway bar and rear suspenions componets for my v6 ( can't think of the word for what you call those things on the back heh .

Yeah I know what you mean, about a year ago they had an 89 Iroc that had been t-boned on the front drivers wheel. the front frame disconected from the unibody, pretty much split the car in two. At the time all I needed was the guage cluster ($10) and the guy offered to sell me the whole car for $750 I knew it was a deal being that the engine (L98) and trans were all in tack still and about 90% of the interior was good. But at the time I had no money and no place to put a parts car so I had to let it go. A week later the car was gone. Oh well, wont pass that one up again if I get the chance.
