Engine: Hot Cam 355/TPI 305

Transmission: All 700r4's

New Fuel Pump.....Pressure probs

Hey my in tank pump went bad the other day and I used the Walbro 255ltr per hour pump. Its the low pressure one but I still can not get the pressure below 8 1/2 psi. I have the Mallory regulator with return line......any ideas. Is that PSI fine??
