Ok guys/gals, What would be the best way and best parts to build the bigest small block you can make? Looking for a parts list from air cleaner to oil pan, money ammount makes no difference. How would you go about it?

Come on now, thats like asking a kid how much candie he wants.
1. I'm looking for as much power as I can get without Nos (don't like the idea of bottled horses).

lets see here. deep sump oil pan, .30 over aluminum 350 block, stroker crank, 6 inch aluminum rods, 13 to 1 forged pistons. all felpro gaskets, melling oil pump, holley elctric fuel pump, the new crane ignition( i think its called like m6 or something?) .62 lift cam, hydrolic roller lifters, aluminum edelbrock heads with 2.10 and 1.90 valves, edelbrock airgap aluminum intake. holley 800 double pumper carb, or if u wanna stick with fi holleys new stealth ram. hooker supercomp headers, hmmm what am i missing? oh ya 1.6 roller rockers, and..............well u get the point, i spend way to much time dreaming with my nose in summit and jegs. lol.

Si-Al racing case w/ steel sleeves, raised camshaft position, 4 bolt forged splayed main caps;
Dry sump;
Two sets of staged injectors per cylinder;
2.20/1.76 Ti valves;
A '94-'95 flash-ROM PCM with MAP and MAFs;
DIS ignition with four coils;
Titanium con rods and forged Si-Al (not hyper-eut) pistons;
Forged Cr-Mo steel crank;
Priority main oiling;
Cast iron headers;
Single roller (RC-80) timing set;
Hydraulic rollers;
Cr-Mo forged rockers;
Ti push rods;
'O' rings instead of gaskets - better yet, quad rings instead of gaskets;
Static compression of 8.7-9.2:1;
18° heads fit to LT1/4 intake;
Dual 60mm TB;
Dual Garrett T-76 chargers;
All cradled neatly in a C-6 chassis.
