no fans AC or heat

the thick, black, and red wire that goes to my fan relay is not getting any volts with the key turned onto the accesory position like it is supposed to. Now i have no fans, heat, or AC. I have check all of my fuses in the fuse panel under the dash. is there any inline fuses or fusable links anywhere that could have possibly blown? thanks alot.

CK,

That fan high-speed power wire is fed through a fusible link. Check near both the battery and the starter.
