Fuel pump

Ive got an 87 camaro with a 383, a nice lumpy cam, and 10:1 comp. I have one of those glass fuel filters by the carb where you can see the fuel clearly....... i just put in a holley mech. fuel pump which pumps out 6 or 7 psi and 60 gph...(something like that)...now i changed it because when i start the car cold, the glass is full to the top with fuel...but when its warm the fuel only fills up about 15 percent of it, but the new pump does the same?

Thats normal. It just depends on the demand for fuel.
