What bracket should I put back?

My friend and I are doing headers on my '89 Formula. There are 3 brackets we took off but aren't sure if we need to put them back: The one from the AC to the manifold stud, the one from the Alternator to the manifold stud, and the one on the front of the starter to the block. help
