I'm hoping the moderator of this forum keeps my thread here for at least a few days. I posted a thread on the DFI/ECM board with no results so I'm here since it is the most active forum. I'm trying to locate someone in Central Illinois that is running DFI Gen 6 or knows someone who is. I'm unable to get my laptop to communicate w/ my DFI and am thinking my serial cable is bad. I'm tryin to find someone around so that I can try my cable on their setup. I'll come to you and supply cold ones (if you are of age of course). I'm in the Decatur area and would travel to Springfield, Bloomington, or the Champaign area. Help would be immensely appreciated.
