give me some idears to produce the most torque. i want a torque puppy to show off in lol. i just believe in more torque over horses but more horses with more torque is just as good. lol sorry guys i am in a wierd mood but still curious. thanks dudes and dudettes!

Easy...more cubic inches. 383...406...or big block.
Depends on your budget, but I would stick with a 406 so you don't need to worry about swap issues.

well how much torque does your current motor have, and how much do you want (realistically) ??
with stock internals, my 350 TPI has been dyno'ed at 363 lb ft @ 2800 RPM....throws your *** in the seat pretty good i'd have to say

Three things can get you more torque at teh flywheel:
Longer stroke (most effective mechanical advantage);
Longer rods (better mechanical efficiency);
Bigger explosions (just plain more power).
Other ways to get more torque at the WHEELS is to modify the stall characteristics of the torque converter (in an automatic), numerically increase the rear axle gear ratio, or decrease the tire diameter.
Of course, if you can make more flywheel torque AND increase the driveline torque multiplication, you'll have even more increase. Just remember that torque that exceeds traction is wasted energy. If you can spin the tires all the way down the track, you have too much torque. Beyond that, all you need to do is learn to control it.
