Blowing Coolant right above #1 cylinder..

Just got back from vacation (10 days) and the boy started his '87 SC (LG4 engine) and after a couple spins around the block, the thing was spewing coolant everywhere. It appears that it's coming from the front corner above cylinder #1 between the intake and cylinder head. It's got ~128K miles on it.

I'm guessing it's a blown intake gasket. Any ideas?

That's a pretty reasonable diagnosis.. happens all the time to these motors.

Watch out for frozen bolts, especially the water outlet bolts; the chinesium water outlet causes extreme amounts of electrolysis between the bolts & the intake, and the bolts often are rusted in place and eaten halfway through besides.
