pontiac 400

Does anyone know how to adjust the rocker arms on a pontiac 400 with 1969 #62 heads? Just changed the head gaskets.

No adjustment on a Pontiac with the stock valve train. Tighten them down to some particular torque (35 ft lbs? I forget) and that's it.

The spec is 20 ft/lbs on the base circle! Sounds like a sweet car, you should post pics!! I LOVE those older Ponchos (hence the user name!) I've had more Pontiac's than any other car make, and prefer them the most!
