Rear Brake Squeel??
MY GFs '96 Blazer's rear drum brakes squeel when coming to a stop. At least it sounds like it's from the back. What does this usually mean is wrong?
When was the last time the pads were changed? Probably just the brake pad wear indicator touching the drum...if not, You may want to just pop the wheel off and take a look at what might be touching or streached (springs)... let me know what you find...

Sometimes a simple build up of brake dust can cause a squeal. Pop the wheel off and use some brake cleaner on that bad boy. Also, have a look for stones that may have become lodged in there.

Sometimes the drums and pads just get 'glazed' especially if they are organic. Take some 180 grit and sand in a circular pattern on both the drum and the pad (If they are in good shape)
If it is when you hit the brakes, then it shouldn't be the indicator. They normally go off all the time, then when you hit the break it causes enough pressure to make it stop. In that case I would say it is either glazed , or there is rivit to brake drum contact. If it just making that noise all the time, then it is your brake wear indicators. If it is the indicators, you can always take a screwdriver and bend them back a little, or just pop them off, until payday, so they don't drive you crazy. Just don't forget or you will then hear what rivit to drum sounds like.
