Need a part number for this emissions hose

Anyone know the part number for this piece? It's completely wrecked in my car, and probably the cause of my vacuum leak. It's not a regular hose; it is molded into a fitting at one end for the "purge tvs" It's the red hose in this diagram.

A regular hose (3/8" IIRC) will work fine. I have no idea why they made that molded end on it with the 2 hoses, it doesn't seem to be necessary for operation, it's probably just for mfg convenience. The TVS just has a regular hose barb type fitting on it.
