how to change format of pic??help

how to change format of pic??help

ok guys i kow this has ntuyhint o do with cars but i need to knwo how to convert a picture that is saved in the paint program cause i have circled sumtin etc.. over to jpeg or any typew of file that is smaller cause i need to post a pic here showing a relay but i can't cause when u put it in paint it makes the fiel huge. thanks guys

... open in explorer then right click on it and go to save as, change format to jpg.

when u go to save as in the paint program it only has 4 choices and they are all bitmap. how do u open a a pic in paint in explorer??

save the file as a bmp like to your desktop and then open the file in explorer by clicking on it ONE TIME so that it is selected and then hold the shift button and RIght click on the icon and go to "open with" from here you will get a menu, choose internet explorer and when it opens in IE right click on it and go to "save as" then when the save dialog box comes up select the format "jpg" and click save.
