Help Me!!!

Hello,
I am 16 and i have an 85 Z28 305 T.P.I! I have connecters, control arms, new trans 2700 stall and a blue chip, header and exhaust setup and 373 gr! Now i know a lot of people say junk the 305 but im only 16 and i cant afford a better motor right now. But i also want my car to be quick until i can afford a better motor. So im wondering what you guys suggest i do to the 305 to give me more power. I havent touched the motor yet because i wanted advice from you guys because most of you seem to know a lot about these cars! Thanks so much ~Dan

here are some ideas

well why don;t you free up some power by removing the smog pump(instructions on the tech articles page), bypassing coolant flow from the throttle body(also inside), remove the emission control system. then step to taking out the air dams they restrict air flow they are right under the air filters cut out the bottom. after you do that the black plastic under that cut it out and remount the radiator shield to the holes that you find after removing that last bit of plastic. Then get on air foil for that throttle body or a 58mm throttle body. this ought to help you start you search for power

Do yourself a favor and don't bother with anything in the post above mine. Take good care of your car and don't abuse it, you'll both be happier that way. Be safe.
