edelbrock kit comments?
hi,
i was just wondering who has this kit in there 355 sbc?and was wondering what kind of power you guys are getting out of them?is it good for a everyday driver also?it will be infront of a 6 speed transmission out of a 93 camaro, and through 373 rearend, thanks for your time.
oh the cam in the kit is
234/244 @50 and 488/510,and the heads are just performer rpm
70cc,it'll have 1.6 rocker arm also,my pistons are supposed to be
10.1 with 64 cc heads,so im guessing about,9.6-9.8 compression, thanks again for your time.

Most people prefer to get a Comp or Crane of a more recent grind. The Edelbrock's are getting kind of old and some people detest them.
A Comp XE 262 or 268, or Crane PowerMax 266 or 272 are the latest designs. The latter is especially nice on a streetable 350 for hp, torque and nice idle.
