ever break an oxygen sensor?

Not that I did, but over the weekend I was going to change it, and it did not want to budge. Any suggestions, anyone? ie: tools, lubricants, etc...

they make a special O2 sensor socket, makes the job much easier, adn i guess just spray some WD40 on thta sucker and it should just pop out

...and if WD-40 doesn't work, a heavy application of PB Blaster should.

PB blaster and wd-40 won't do anything unless the sensor is rusted inside, which hopefully it isn't. You need to heat the manifolds up so that you can pull the sensor out. Run the motor for a few minutes and then try with a large 7/8" wrench. The o2 sensor socket is unnecessary, but it will work.
