?? You mean 140 kph? Sorry I don't know how to convert that too mph, but speedos don't measure how fast a car can go.

Early 3rd Gens came with only 85mph speedos. And later ones came with a 145mph one. But that doesn't mean they can do 145mph either sometimes.

as well all know they can definitly do over 85 mph. i would think having a lower marking in the dash would be good for younger kids who really dont know what they are doing. most kids are scared to pin the speedo. but there are alwasy exceptions

Find a really big hill, climb to the top. Then turn around and pin it and I am sure you will go past what your speedo reads.

converter

the timeing on my car at one point was off causeing the catalic converter to go red hot, so i am guessing that it melted the insides out of it, i never did replace it though is that a power loss in my car or does it even matter
