Jeg's 153 tooth 86+ flexplate?

Anybody use this? Is it any good? It's for internal balanced SBC. Is your average late 80s 350 internally ballanced or externally? I'm not gonna be racing my evil beast too often, so I don't wanna go crazy on the flexplate. If it's not good, what would you guys recommend I get inexpensively (under $100). Unfortunately TCI doesn't make a 153 tooth one piece rear main seal flex plate.
