What's the differcence between valve covers?
I can get a hold of some aluminum valve covers at a good price, but they're "short." Now I've also seen some valve covers that are "tall," but other than their 1 inch difference, why would a person need to get tall valve covers rather than short; or why wouldn't someone want to get short valve covers? Thanks for your help.

Just keep in mind that your car uses centerbolt valve covers. I bring this up because "tall" centerbolt covers are extremely rare (I only know of 1 or 2 brands and nobody ever has them in stock). Just make sure you get the centerbolt covers.

Yep, short ones will work fine for you. Unless like mentioned you get a higher lift cam or perhaps higher lift rockers, I would assume. I got some tall ones, cause I got a good deal, and I think they look a lot better too.
