Question about this Cam I Bought

I sorta jumped on this one cause it was a good deal, but I bought a Lunati cam grind #00012. It is supposed to be an ideal mild cam. Is it good for an 89 L98?

Is it the same for the part #? Cause here are the specs. 300*/300* adv duration. .515/.515 and a powerband of 2500-6500 rpms, which I don't think would be a good match for TPI induction, but I'm not expert. They don't breathe well in upper rpms which that cam needs, and seems like gears and a higher stall TC are needed too.

But that's just my guess at it.

those are the specs. I plan on improving breathing through exhaust, heads, rockers, pushrods, lifters, throttlebody etc. for it. as well as a torque converter. I'd like it to be able to run up to 5700 rpm, which it appears this cam would allow. so it'll be nice.

Stock TPIs stop breathing past 4500 rpms, you can do some things to up it a little, but I'm sure you can forget 5700 rpms, that's why you'll see a lot of guys get an LT1 intake or Stealthram, stuff like that.

I want to get an LT1 intake when I get some more money. It's all in stages really.

the other cam I could've gotten was an LT4 motor cam, would this have been better?
