They'll bolt on but they should have steam holes drilled in them first. You might want to check what the compression ratio will be too.

You don't have to use a flat tappet cam, but you can't use factory roller lifters. You may also need a small base circle cam.
Other issues include externally balanced harmonic damper and externally balanced flexplate (typically 168 tooth, which is 14", often causes starter issues requiring the use of a ministarter).
Going with the L98 heads is the right move. Factory 400 heads are boat anchors. Drill the steam holes using a 400 head gasket as the template.
