Posi Unit Install

What is a fair price for labor to get a new posi unit put in a B/W rearend. Mine is on its way out and will need to be replaced this winter.

I already know that the carrier itself is pricy ($445) but wondered about the install.

usually labor costs around 40 to 55 an hour depending on where you go. I can't remember how many hours a job like that calls for though. I'll try and find out for ya.

i'd be suprised if flat rate was over 2-3 hours for just a carrier swap.
