Ported Intake ?

Ported Intake ?

I had my heads done but not ported.

What I want to know is its not gonna make sense to put a ported

intake on if the heads are not ported is this true?

Will the heads restrict the air flow that the large runners and

ported intake can add?

if the heads flow more than the intake then a ported intake would be good. if the intake flowed more than the heads all you can do is max out the intake flow in the head.

Judging by your avatar, we're talking about a TPI. If that's the case, the intake base isn't the most restrictive part of the system. check this page:
